Build software controls and traceable workflows around the requirements your organization must demonstrate.
Workflows to consider
- Map applicable requirements with your stakeholders
- Define roles, approval boundaries and audit trails
- Plan MFA and access review workflows
- Document evidence and verification responsibilities
Translate agreed requirements into software controls
A controlled workflow can require a staff member to prepare a record, a separate reviewer to approve it and an administrator to manage access. Permissions, MFA and audit history can support that process. The organization remains responsible for identifying the requirements and evidence it must demonstrate.
Define evidence and verification responsibilities
Agree which actions are logged, how records are protected and who reviews access over time. Verification should include rejected actions and attempts to cross role or tenant boundaries. A software implementation does not itself establish certification, legal compliance or a successful external audit.
What to bring to the first conversation
Bring the applicable control requirements, role matrix, evidence expectations and assessment boundaries. We can map a defined control set to application behaviour and a verification plan.
Software controls can support a compliance program. Certification, legal obligations and independent audits require the appropriate qualified reviewers; this service does not promise certification or blanket compliance.
