Project type: Implemented software.
Client: Confidential government organization.
Toolkit: Laravel, MySQL, role-based access and operational reporting.
The problem
The organization needed one place to receive requests, assign responsibility and follow each issue through resolution. A useful system had to make ownership and request history visible across departments, rather than leave the next action dependent on separate conversations.
What we built
Delphro built a Laravel service desk with role-based access, departmental ownership, priority queues, SLA monitoring and reporting. An audit history records the activity around each request.

How it works
A request enters a shared process, receives a priority and is assigned to the responsible department. Authorized users can review its status and activity, while reporting provides an operational view of the queue.
Access controls and an auditable history support accountable handling. The implementation brings intake, ownership and resolution tracking into the same application.
What this demonstrates
This project shows how a custom business application can express an organization’s actual responsibilities and handovers. The public case study describes delivered functionality; it does not claim an unmeasured improvement in response time or throughput.
